How to Enrol



C3 College Online will step you through the following online registration, enrolment and payment process.

Step 1

1. To create an account, go here

Follow the prompts, and then activate your account.

Step 2

2. Find the perfect course for you here and then click enrol.

Follow the prompts to PayPal (Even if you don't have a PayPal account, you can still pay here with your Credit/Debit Card)

Step 3

3. Purchase any required reading you need for your course.

Step 4 - Individuals


4 - Individuals. Once logged in, access your course through My Home over on the left in Main Menu

Step 4 - Facilitators


4 - Facilitators. To give your participants access to the website, fill out the Participant Spreadsheet and email to us here

This allows them to view missed videos, access quizzes and extra online material as well as give you access to the Participant Manual

5. Once logged in, access your course through My Home over on the left in Navigation

Go to course option 'I' (eg. L-I) to view Participant Manual as well as Participant grades for quizzes and forums.
Go to course option 'C3F' or 'F' to view the Facilitators Manual and Toolkit.

Software Requirements

C3 College Online is using an open source software product called Moodle as it's learning management system. We strongly recommend you use the following applications and plug-ins to use C3 College Online, and view the participant/facilitator manuals and flash videos.

Assessments

A brief online test is required for completion to test your knowledge and understanding of the session content. The online assessments are accessible via this web site.

As a Facilitator, you can keep track of your Participants Progress.

As the church group facilitator you (or your delegate) are given teacher level access to the online learning portal. (C3 College Online is utilising the open source learning management system called Moodle to host all its courses). Using this system, you will need to:

Accreditation

C3 College Online is embarking upon online learning in a phased approach. Due to the resource intensiveness of accrediting courses with the applicable government bodies, these modules will not be accredited towards a recognised qualification in the first phase of C3 College Online. It is planned that the accreditation and registering of qualifications will occur in later phases of C3 College Online.

However, participants who successfully pass the online test and, (for participants sitting the modules in the group format) attend at a minimum number of classes, will be awarded receive a Statement of Achievement in Christian Ministry.


C3 College Alumni


C3 College Online will step you through the following online registration, enrolment and payment process.

2. Once you have chosen the module, please contact us and state the following:
- Your C3 College Online username
- The course you wish to study
- The year and stream you studied at C3 College
Once we have this information we will be able to enrol you into the course of your choice.
